Ingredients

  • 6 wholeGreen Apple
  • 3 wholePineapple
  • 1.5 ozBourbon
  • 0.75 ozDemerara Syrup
  • 0.5 ozFresh Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 tspCinnamon Powder
  • 2 ozSoda Water

Build

  1. 1Muddle the green apple and pineapple chunks in a shaker.
  2. 2Add the bourbon, demerara syrup, fresh lemon juice, and cinnamon powder.
  3. 3Shake for 10 seconds, then pour over ice into a tall glass.
  4. 4Top with soda water.
